OP Outpatient Program Treatment

Outpatient Program (OP)

Stepping Down to Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy is for adults who require individual therapy or counseling one or more times per week. In contrast to PHP and IOP treatment, the only treatment format provided is one-on-one therapy. When an adult has successfully graduated from an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program, Outpatient treatment (OP) is the natural final step in the treatment process.

What is Outpatient Therapy (OP)?

Outpatient therapy is a form of mental health treatment that can be performed alongside daily life and schedule while living at home.
