The demands and stressors from work can cause several mental health problems. The new expectations of an "always-on" work environment promoted by a digital work world can make it difficult to disconnect when the work day is supposed to be over. This can cause stress, anxiety, and depression even in women who want to be committed to their professional career.

At Sol Mental Wellness, our Work Stress Reduction program includes several components aimed to helping you take time off work to improve your mental health. In combination, these elements create a personalized program that targets your work stress and returns you back to the world as a more confident you.
Failing to address work stress can create mental health issues like anxiety, depression, irritability, and anger issues- possibly leading to job and relationship loss. Our Work Stress Reduction program is for female professionals who wish to address these mental health challenges instead of run from them. We offer holistic treatment options like breathwork, mindfulness meditation and soundbath to help you develop coping skills when stress arises. We also offer disability or FMLA document support so that you can take the time to need for treatment and still return to work after. Finally, if you need encouragement and support finding a new career, we provide access to job search resources and advice through our case management team.
Treatment is from 10:30am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Our facility is located in Riverside, CA
10am: Arrival & relaxation in our massage chair
10:30am: Mindfulness meditation session
Noon: Lunch
12:30pm: Group talk therapy
2:00pm: Music therapy
3:30pm: Departure to go home
